Schuyler Williamson is an experienced leader of large and small teams in all types of environments. As a leader in the United States Army, Schuyler led hundreds of soldiers during combat operations in two different wars. Schuyler now leads multiple divisions for Keller Williams Realty International, the largest real estate company in the world, and is an active speaker and consultant on networking, leadership, productivity, and sales initiatives.

Professional Background:
Schuyler is the Director of Keller Williams Membership Divisions. In this role, Schuyler has the responsibility for growing the profit of Keller Williams’s Global Properties Specialist, Farm & Ranch, Young Professionals, and Commercial Divisions.

Prior to the role of Director of Keller Williams Membership Divisions, Schuyler was the Director of KW Commercial, Keller Williams’s commercial division. Schuyler led the division to increase its ranks from 600 sales agents to 1600 grossing annual sales of nearly $5 billion. Schuyler created and developed relationships with multiple technology companies to include Salesforce, Google, ProspectNow, BuildOut, CRE Tech, and REIS. He also led the company through brand and pricing structure changes. Administratively, Schuyler led the division to become a paperless-driven division and to implement virtual assistants decreasing the size of its team from even when the division started at 0 agents.

Schuyler began his leadership career in the United States Army. Schuyler graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point so he was commissioned as an officer directly into the military. He led troops into combat in two different wars and served as the senior logistics officer in Afghanistan charged with developing and sustaining a combat post with over 800 people and the construction of a fixed-wing airport. Schuyler has completed many military schools including but not limited to: Ranger, Airborne, Air Assault, Scout Leaders, and Company Command Course.

Instructor Credentials:
Schuyler has facilitated dozens of national events for Keller Williams as a speaker focused on productivity, leadership, and sales. He is also an instructor for Keller Williams’s franchise systems training that occurs monthly for hundreds of existing and potential franchise investors. Schuyler has developed and delivered literally thousands of combat mission briefs and was an active recruiter for the Army while playing professional baseball delivering speeches on the radio and for multiple high schools.
